Remembering that less is more to begin with and in a horizontal held state, place the wand near the base and root of your top lash. In a brushing motion away from the base of the lash to the tip, brush the wand through your lash. Apply to the desired thickness and repeat the same steps and motion for the bottom set of lashes.
